Professor Janine Griffiths-Baker
Janine is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Tir Dewi, helping to ensure the charity remains effective, sustainable, and closely connected to the needs of farmers and rural communities across Wales. She brings extensive experience in organisational leadership, programme development, and high-level communication, ensuring that Tir Dewi continues to grow its reach whilst staying true to its values of compassion, trust and practical support. Overseeing the charity’s long-term direction, major funding partnerships, and national profile, she champions the needs and voices of rural families at every level.
Head of Operations and Training
Dilys Wyn Jones
Dilys is responsible for the smooth, effective running of Tir Dewi’s services across Wales. She leads operational planning, volunteer training, and quality assurance, ensuring that every farmer who reaches out receives safe, consistent, and professional support. With a background in community development and training, Dilys equips volunteers and staff with the skills and confidence they need to make a real difference.

Wyn Thomas
Wyn oversees Tir Dewi’s casework service and the dedicated volunteers who deliver frontline support. He ensures that every case is managed with care, confidentiality, and practical problem-solving, while nurturing a strong, motivated volunteer network. Wyn brings extensive experience of rural life and community support, helping to build trust with individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
Clwb Ffermwyr and Promotions Manager
Ceinwen Parry
Ceinwen leads Clwb Ffermwyr, Tir Dewi’s growing network for farmers and rural families, creating opportunities for connection, wellbeing, and peer support. She also manages the organisation’s outreach and promotional activity, raising awareness of the help available and strengthening relationships across rural Wales. Ceinwen’s energy and commitment help ensure that no one feels they have to struggle alone.
Finance Officer
Andrew Nineham
Andrew manages Tir Dewi’s financial systems, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the organisation remains transparent, accountable, and financially resilient. With experience in the charity and environmental sectors, including his work with Radnorshire Wildlife Trust, he brings strong financial stewardship and a clear understanding of how to support mission-driven organisations to thrive.
